Those of you with super-human strength, remember to be gentle with our exercise machines. If you've been using them incorrectly, knock it off. If you're not sure how ask Kon or me for help when you work out. I have never seen a rowing machine this fucked, and I don't want to see it again.
Another reminder, practice weapons are available only to wardens and inmates with warden's permission. [Not that she'd trust all of those people with them, regardless of rank, but rules are rules.]
