How the hell does this ship not have any exterior weapons? Even the sunken wrecks had cannons, and it is a sad day when a broken schooner is better defended than we are.

Apparently the Admiral does not understand the phrase "Use it or lose it." It's not often twisted into "Use it and I'll take it away for no discernible reason."

I want to spar. Normally I could do this without involving anyone else and without risking any injury or destruction to property, but seeing as we no longer have the CTS I'll have to do it the old-fashioned way. [The screen flashes from Beatrix's face to the room around her. The gym has been stripped down basically to treadmills and elliptical machines so there's at least there's plenty of space. When the feed focuses on her again, she gives a terse, small smile although her eyes are cold.]

I'll be here all day. Come try and beat the shit out of me.

On the job training, mostly, but I did learn an adapted Venusian style when I were younger. Looks a bit odd on account of Venusians've got five legs. Mostly geared around defense.

I've seen fighting styles modeled after predators with no limbs but never after predators with eight. Please tell me you'll demonstrate sometime.

Perhaps, although it would have been preferable to have weaponry that wouldn't die as easily as many of us would. Is there anyone on board capable of building weapons like that? [It's as much a query as an open invitation.]

Considering the Admiral's recent cutbacks? We may be limited to our hands for now.
