[After Silent Hill, Beatrix is in no mood to discuss her struggle or to explain what happened. It was exhausting, it was humiliating and dangerous and painful and sick and emotionally torturous, and all she wants to do is retreat to her cabin to lick her wounds. But she still isn't sure how many of her friends made it back, and how many are still in Silent Hill with that strange, sweet girl Zev.

Lacerations and a couple of broken ribs form being thrown around. Some really bad bruises. That's it. I was fortunate.

No, most of it's still there but it's hardly useable.

I imagine a good deal of the people capable of helping are busy with legitimate emergencies right now.

It doesn't sound as though there's a need for it immediately. Is the pain manageable?

[Here's where it gets iffy for Sandoval, because "manageable" to him is not what it is for other people, either. But he's guessing she isn't too far off his scale there, either.]

It won't keep me awake at night. [Because after four days in Silent Hill, battling her own personal demons and barely managing any rest, she could sleep for a week.]
