[Beatrix regrets leaving all her friends, but leaving Sylvanas makes her feel like she betrayed her somehow - like she's running out on Bill a second time. Just like with Bill, she truly believes Sylvanas will understand, regardless of the pain she might cause. But that doesn't make her hate it any less, or hate herself less for doing it.]
